Here at GSBC we like to mold our children and grandchildren into the people we aim for them to become. Our ministry is focused on making the youth of our church disciples for Christ. You have to almost love children a bit much to want to see them sprout to their fullest potential. In Proverbs 22:6, Jesus said “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” We strive to instill the ways of God into our children of the community.
Meet the President(s): Rosalind Lee & Carl Grant
Rosalind has been a member of GSBC for 53 years. She serves on the Usher Board. Sister Lee loves children. She is a mother of 5. She also is over Blessed Hope where her family started the tradition.
Carl Grant has been with Greater Second for almost 18 years since 2002. Married to his wife, Theressa Grant of 30 years, they make it to find our church their home. Deacon Grant has been involved in many ministries within the church where he is the Co-President of the Children’s Ministry. His wife Theressa, is over the church food pantry. They enjoy serving the lord together.
